Fees depend on the work involved and will always be explained clearly before you decide to proceed, so you know what you’re paying and what you’ll receive.

Yes. Many clients value ongoing support to keep plans on track as life changes, markets move, and tax rules evolve.

We offer a non-discretionary Portfolio Management Service. That means we discuss recommendations with you and obtain your agreement before changes are made.

We take time to understand both your attitude to risk and your capacity for loss. Risk is central to good investment planning, and we’ll explain the trade-offs in plain English.

Yes, we can review your pensions and advise whether consolidation is suitable. We’ll check for valuable guarantees, penalties and features before recommending any changes.

Defined benefit pensions can be very valuable, so decisions around them need particular care. We’ll explain your options and the considerations in a clear, measured way.

You can use our complaints process. You may also be able to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, and in some cases the Financial Services Compensation Scheme may apply.
